Our custom-made hand-tufted rugs add beauty to any size room and can be supplied as one off rugs or as wall to wall fitted carpet

Hand-tufted rugs are handmade using a "Tufting gun": a hand-operated tool that punches strands of wool into a canvas stretched on a frame onto the design of the rug has been drawn before. The worker will then fills in the pattern with the appropriate color wool. Once the rug design is fully piled (and this can take as little as four or five days for a 9' x 12' wool rug), the rug is removed from the frame and a jute or cotton fabric is glued to the back of the rug .
